One thing is fixed, but it caused other problems

Sometimes when one thing gets fixed, it can affect another. The council found this out when the BNSF Railroad came in to fix the terrible crossings on Fifth and Sixth Streets.

In the bottom of the photograph you can see the drop-off problem with the catch basin. The city has it carefully marked and will be fixing the situation.
