Look for the signs to slow
Speeding can be serious and a dangerous issue for the public. During the Monday July 1, meeting, the Hawley City Council approved the addition of more speed limit signs in certain areas. Speed limit signs will be added on both 15th street and CR 33 as you head south into city limits.
“I think it is important to have signage both ways … to give people a heads up and a reminder to slow down when they enter town,” Vice-Mayor and Clay County Deputy Sean Mork said.
