Hawley Art Students have a Great Year!

Throughout the school year, Mrs. Hager’s art students have splashed the pages of the Hawley Herald with their creative talent. Not only did they share their work, but put into words what inspired those pieces and the hours that went into each piece. “The Hawley High School Art Department has experienced another successful year. It is fair to say, we are surrounded by hardworking and talented students,” Mrs. Hager stated and went on to say, “To help you process the amount of work that is created within the school year; the fine arts extravaganza had 702 art pieces on display (most of this work was completed by grades 9-12). Several of those pieces have landed in local area art shows, and have received awards.
