Best of Show — Don’t miss the Hawley Art Show!

The community is invited to the 52nd Annual Hawley Art Show to view and explore paintings commissioned by local area artists of all ages. The doors at the Hawley Community Center open Thursday evening at 6:30. “Opening Night is our artist reception, and the first public unveiling of our show,” Sandy Maydole, Chairman of the Hawley Art Committee commented and went on to say, “It is a night filled with music, camaraderie and delicious desserts! Our Opening Night draws a large crowd from the surrounding area consisting of art lovers, contributing artists and the judge of our show.”

The Hawley Art Show runs Thursday to Sunday. The doors open again on Friday, April 12 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free. Art can also be purchased at the end of the show.
